Industry Specific : Cargo Control

Ratchet Tiedown Assemblies
When it comes to securing heavy cargo safely and efficiently, Lift-All Load Hugger™ Ratchet Tiedowns are a trusted solution for professionals across the transportation industry. These high-quality ratchet straps are engineered for superior strength and durability. Designed to provide maximum load stability during transit, Lift-All Load Hugger ratchet tiedowns feature rugged webbing, reliable ratcheting mechanisms, and high working load limits to meet demanding safety standards. Whether you’re hauling equipment, machinery, or palletized freight, Lift-All ratchet tiedowns deliver dependable cargo control that helps prevent costly delays.

Corner Guard
Protect Load Huggers from edges and abrasion with corner protectors or sling protection. Corner guards are essential protective accessories designed to prevent cargo damage and secure straps during transport and storage. Commonly used in shipping, warehousing, and freight applications, corner guards help distribute tension evenly across edges, reducing strap wear and protecting valuable goods from crushing or abrasion. Made from durable material, corner guards improve load stability and extend the life of tiedown straps. Whether securing palletized freight, machinery, or delicate products, high-quality corner guards enhance cargo protection and minimize product loss, which supports safer, more efficient shipping operations.

E-Track Assemblies
E-Track assemblies are versatile cargo securement systems designed to provide adjustable, heavy-duty load restraint in trailers, vans, and enclosed trucks. Commonly installed in freight transport applications, E-Track systems allow users to quickly attach straps to create customized tiedown configurations for maximum cargo stability. Built from high-strength steel for durability and reliability, E-Track assemblies improve safety, prevent load shifting, and help meet commercial transportation securement standards.

ResQ-All™: Towing • Lifting • Recovery
Lift-All’s ResQ-All is cargo control designed for recovery operations that require pulling and/or lifting. Specifically designed for pulling, towing, and vehicle recovery, the enhanced safety and efficiency are critical for vehicle recovery operations. This groundbreaking product redefines the standards of safety and performance, offering unparalleled benefits to those in the towing and recovery industry.

Wheel Straps
Lift-All Wheel Straps are premium vehicle securement solutions designed to safely anchor cars, trucks, and equipment during transport. Engineered with high-strength polyester webbing and durable ratchet hardware, Lift-All wheel straps provide superior load control while reducing stress on vehicle frames and suspension components. Ideal for auto haulers, flatbed trailers, and towing professionals, these heavy-duty wheel tie-down straps help prevent shifting, improve transport safety, and meet industry cargo securement standards.

Winch Straps
Lift-All’s synthetic winch straps are available in standard yellow and Hi-Vis Tuff-Edge. Metal winch lines are made using 6X19 IWRC for better resistance to abrasion. Synthetic and metal winch straps are designed to provide reliable load control for transport applications. Made from high-strength polyester webbing or durable steel components, Lift-All winch straps offer exceptional tensioning capability, abrasion resistance, and long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
Compliance & Reliability
In an industry where DOT fines and load shifts are constant concerns, Lift-All provides the assurance that fleet managers and owner-operators depend on. The entire cargo control line—including Ratchet Tiedowns, Winch Straps, E-Track Assemblies, and the ResQ-All™ recovery strap—is engineered to meet or exceed US DOT, FMCSA 393.102, and WSTDA-T-1 standards.
To ensure seamless roadside inspections and maximum equipment life, all Load Hugger™ products are clearly marked with their rated capacities. Unlike external tags that can tear or fade, Lift-All cargo products feature capacity information woven directly into the webbing (Lift All Catalog,Page 19). This permanent identification ensures your gear remains legible and compliant for its entire service life. Whether securing a flatbed with Wheel Straps or utilizing Corner Guards for edge protection, you can trust Lift-All for unmatched longevity and safety.
Compliance Table

Choosing the Right End Fitting
While strap size is critical, selecting a compatible end fitting ensures secure connection to specific anchor points. Here is how each hardware type is commonly utilized:
- Flat Hooks: Optimized for flat surfaces and low-profile attachment points, such as trailer side rails.
- Chain Anchors: Designed for high-strength requirements and versatile positioning within stake pockets or heavy-duty rub rails.
- Grab Hooks: Engineered for a secure, direct interface with transport chain links.
- D-Rings: Best used as a secondary attachment point or for creating a “choker” style securement around fixed objects.
- E-Track Fittings: Specifically designed for rapid, positive locking into interior van or trailer track systems.
Lift-All offers a variety of end fittings to accommodate any load securement need. Talk with Lift-All experts or view the full list of end fittings for the Series 1,000, Series 5,000, Series 10,000 and Series 15,000
When to Retire Straps
Inspection Quick-Check
Synthetic tiedowns follow the same rigorous inspection criteria as all other web products. Regular inspections prevent load shifts and ensure roadside compliance.
Remove from service immediately if you detect:
- Heat Damage & Friction Charring: Look for fibers that appear melted, charred, or brittle. Synthetic webbing severely degrades at temperatures above 200°F.
- Woven Capacity Damage: If the integrated capacity markings are cut or no longer legible.
- Webbing Cuts or Abrasion: Any separation of the load-carrying stitch pattern or significant surface abrasion.
- Hardware & Chain Defects: Cracks, corrosion, or bent components. For Chain Anchor fittings, inspect for nicks, gouges, or stretched links.
Environmental Considerations
Per the Lift-All catalog (Page 118), users must be aware of external factors that compromise strap integrity:
- UV Exposure: Prolonged exposure to sunlight or arc welding can bleach and stiffen synthetic webbing, leading to premature failure.
- Chemical Exposure: Certain acids, alkalis, and chemicals can have an adverse effect on nylon and polyester. Consult the Lift-All Chemical Environment Data table for nylon and polyester webbing (Page 17) if exposure is suspected.
