- A&M Industrial approached Lift-All with a unique opportunity to get our products in front of A&M Industrial customers.
- Goal: create a 12-page catalog for A&M customers showcasing Lift-All products, along with valuable information.
- A 50/50 split using COOP dollars took this project from proposal to fruition.

Delivering Tailored Solutions
- A launch meeting was scheduled to organize both teams and establish a plan of action.
- During the following weeks, the Lift-All team worked internally to select products to offer.
- Part attributes, images and technical information were gathered for roughly 500 products.
- The information was then passed to the A&M Industrial team, which organized a first draft catalog highlighting 13 product categories and nearly 500 products.

The A&M team had this to say about the promotion since launching in spring 2025, “We have started to see more traction and interest in Lift-All products. Customers are starting to ask more questions about the products, and we are working to set up inspections.”

Crafting Customized Solutions
A customer approached Lift-All with a unique request to produce around 1,650 custom assemblies to be used for packaging. Specific lengths and locations of Velcro® were desired to be added on two different special assemblies. In this case, the team helped create proper documentation, in the form of engineering drawings, to ensure that the specific industry needs were met for each assembly ordered.

Steps to Success
- The initial inquiry from the customer came to Lift-All with a number of assemblies needed and specifications for the project.
- Lift-All’s engineering department discussed the request internally and quickly generated manufacturing drawings from documents that the customer provided.
- The customer reviewed and approved the Lift-All drawings and bill of materials (BOM).
- The BOM enabled Lift-All’s Customer Service Department to generate a quote for the customer to approve.
- The customer placed an order for 1,100 special assemblies and 550 of another special assembly from this same request.
- The detailed drawings made by Lift-All’s Engineering Department helped to communicate the special requests to Lift-All’s production team for maintaining accuracy when making the product.
