Wire Mesh Slings
Watch and learn about the features and benefits of Lift-All®‘s rugged wire mesh slings!
Roughneck™ wire mesh slings stand up against the highest temperatures and harsh lifting environments. Wire mesh slings provide uniform load distribution across its full width, and handle temperatures up to 550°F. The steel construction resists abrasion and cutting where webbing falls short in similar conditions. Lift-All takes steps to guarantee that every part of the sling can handle these high demands.
To promote safety and extend sling life, wire mesh sections are galvanized and the alloy steel end fittings are zinc plated. While these slings are very flexible when bent or folded lengthwise, they are very rigid across their width.
To avoid possible damage to these slings, loads must be evenly distributed across the full width of the sling, and any twisting or bending across a sling width must be avoided.
To ensure your Lift-All wire mesh slings can tackle the most demanding applications, we consider each step of the construction process to be equally important.
Whether here for repair or brand new, every sling is proof-tested and certified before leaving our facility.
Even under normal usage wire mesh slings experience wear and tear, which may remove the sling from service. Broken welds or wires, lack of flexibility, and distorted or cracked end fittings, are all conditions that should remove your sling from service. We know removing a sling from service can slow down or even put a stop to a project. That is why we promptly assess and service repairs.
As the only wire mesh sling manufacturer in the US, we take our role seriously. Our team has gone through rigorous training and we ensure each and every sling meets or exceeds our highest quality standards.
Whether scheduling a repair or placing a new order, our experts are top-notch. Contact us today for a tough, durable, and repairable wire mesh sling.
